    Hello

    We have running Windows server 2003 domain controller. I notice the Speed of the network card is at 10Mbps which i thought was funny. So I double click on the network adapter
    AMD PCnet Family Ethernet Adapter

    Full Duplex use adapter setting
    IEEE 802 Tagging Off
    MP Mode Off
    Network Address not present
    TCP/ip Off
    TP Mode ON

    The driver is 01/10/2002 Driver Version 4.38.0.0 I tried update this I have the best driver? The windows server 2003 is running inside VMware Vsphere Client. On Network Porperties Link Status Connected Config Speed 1000MB FUll Duplex . Why is the server still at 10Mpbs. I connect the cable straignht into a hp switch. The port is set to auto
