I have an older environment (2003) that I planned on upgrading to 2016 but I was wondering if going to 2019 would be best? I have the roles moved to a 2008R2 VM as stepping stone and after the 2003 DC was phased out I was going to jump to 2016 but would going to 2019 make more sense?
