I am getting these error which may be causing some other errors.
L:>netdom query /Server:Server2 /Verify DC
Verifying secure channel setup for domain members:
Machine Status/Domain Domain Controller
======= ============= =================\Server1 ERROR! ( The specified domain either does not exist
or could not be contacted. )\Server2 MYDOMAIN \Server1.mydomain.LOCAL
The command completed successfully.
L:>nltest /server:Server1 /sc_query:mydomain.local
I_NetLogonControl failed: Status = 1355 0x54b ERROR_NO_SUCH_DOMAINL:>nltest /server:Server1 /sc_reset:mydomain.local
I_NetLogonControl failed: Status = 1355 0x54b ERROR_NO_SUCH_DOMAINL:>nltest /server:Server2 /sc_query:mydomain.local
Flags: 30 HAS_IP HAS_TIMESERV
Trusted DC Name \Server1.mydomain.local
Trusted DC Connection Status Status = 0 0x0 NERR_Success
The command completed successfullyL:>
I ran dcdiag, netdiag and replmon and all passed successfully. The DC seems to be having no other issues and is accepting user authentication and such. I contains these FSMO (PDC Emulator and Infrastructure) it also acts as a DNS Server. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really would like to get this resolved. Is there any way to see what domain it is using?
L:>netdom query /Server:Server2 /Verify DC
