So I have a domain under Win Server 2003 Standard. I wanted a backup system state on the server using the Windows backup utility. put everything in order and press the button to start backup. However, after 10 seconds, the error and in Report appears the following

    Quote:
    Backup Status
    Operation: Backup
    Active backup destination: File
    Media name: “domain.bkf created 2.2.2010 at 10:56”

Volume shadow copy creation: Attempt 1.

Error returned while creating the volume shadow copy: 0x800706be.

Error returned while creating the volume shadow copy:The remote procedure call failed.

    Aborting Backup.

The operation did not successfully complete.

I was looking at the internet and found something

    Quote:
    cd %systemroot%system32
    net stop vss
    net stop swprv
    regsvr32 ole32.dll
    regsvr32 vss_ps.dll
    Vssvc /Register
    regsvr32 /i swprv.dll
    regsvr32 /i eventcls.dll
    regsvr32 es.dll
    regsvr32 stdprov.dll
    regsvr32 vssui.dll
    regsvr32 msxml.dll
    regsvr32 msxml3.dll
    regsvr32 msxml4.dll

Then, try reboot the server to see how it goes.

If any DLL cannot be registered, you can try rebooting the server and then try registering that DLL again.

but nothing. Can someone give me advice on what to do that I could make an backup system state
    Thank you
