However we cannot afford two TMG servers, we have a network topology that has a Distrubution Layer of switches (2x L3) that feeds the Access Layer Switches (x2 L2). (Our TMG server has 6 NIC’s) Is it possible to have a Cat5e one of each from the Distrubution Switches in to TMG but not load balance, just for failover should one-off the Dist Switches dies? I am aware the single point of failure is the TMG Server itself. See Diagram in bold GREEN cables for example. Attachment (Diagram Notes: STP = Shielded Twisted Pair.
