Reminders not showing for single user

    [SIZE=14px]We have Exchange 2010 and clients use Outlook 2010.[/SIZE]
    [SIZE=14px]I have one user that if they are not in Cached Mode their Reminders do not pop up. If I set the user for Cached Mode Reminders show up without issue.[/SIZE]
    [SIZE=14px]All other users are not in Cached Mode and Reminders pop up without issue.[/SIZE]
    [SIZE=14px]Unfortunately I am not able to set this user up in Cached Mode (against Company Policy).[/SIZE]
    [SIZE=14px]I have deleted the User Profile and Outlook Profile and get the same results.[/SIZE]
    [SIZE=14px]Is there anything that the Exchange server could be pushing to the user that could cause this type of behavior?[/SIZE]
