    I hope someone can help with the following annoyance we have!

    When creating a new appointment in outlook, on the “scheduling assistant” screen the “Add Rooms” button would show meeting rooms only. Now when clicking on that button it shows the whole GAL instead.

    I am not sure when this stopped working.

    I have tried researching this problem but havent found anything so far, so I am hopeing that someone else has.

    Our environment:
    Exchange 2010 SP3
    Outlook 2007 SP3
    Outlook 2010 SP1
    The filter in the GAL “All Rooms” works fine
