Where I work using this option is a disaster waiting to happen (users lose passwords all the time). You can find this setting in Word – goto FILE, INFO, PROTECTED DOCUMENT, ENCRYPT WITH PASSWORD. I’ve noticed this is in other parts of office (excel etc.). I have a .ADMX template in AD to manage Office 2010 – is there any way to disable this for the entire Office 2010 suite? Any and all help greatly appreciated, Rob Author Posts Viewing 1 post (of 1 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
