enabling pop account causes duplicate messages

    hello,

    I look after a SBS2003 server with outlook03 running on the 4 users laptops, using an exchange server03

    ive enabled a pop account as well as their exchange email ( for other reasons mainly for when they travel. they wanted that way).

    all works ok. they leave the office, when they arrive at their destingnation the dial up and all is ok except they receive a duplicate of their emails that they have received previously thru their exchange server

    ie. when one of the users logged on using dial up for the first time yesterday she was receivng 60 emails with the first 8th of april.

    how do i stop this from happening or once it happens and they logon again it will only receive ones they havent received.?

    what happens when she syncs her outlook when she returns to office??

    any advice would be appreciated
