Delivery receipts in Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2007

Hi Everyone
Would someone be able to tell me if a customer emails me and they have asked for a delivery receipt, can that be blocked?
I know i can stop a read receipt because Outlook asks me if i want to send a read receipt, by choosing the no option it will not send a read receipt but can i disable the delivery receipt.
Also if i cannot disable the delivery receipt can i edit it in any way to reflect a message like ‘

Note: This receipt only acknowledges that the message was displayed on the recipient’s computer. There is no guarantee that the recipient has read or understood the message contents.
