Autodiscover for Exchange 2010 issue

    Hi everyone,

    I’m working on an Exchange 2010 Autodiscover issue. Basically, Outlook Autodiscover is not working correctly. I’ve used the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer and chose ‘Outlook Autodiscover’ and all the tests pass with no issues. When I try to create a mail profile, I get this message:

    The action cannot be completed. The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.

    Outlook actually shows info in the fields:
    Microsoft Exchange server:
    Mailbox =SMTP:[email protected]

    So, Outlook gets hung at this step:
    ‘Log on to server’

    I’m not sure how to proceed if Remote Connectivity Analyzer test passes.
    The server is SBS 2011.
