Our company had been running pop3 accounts for a while and when we finally migrated to exchange accounts, we imported the old *.pst. This boosted the store to quite a big size. I read the exchange database only holds one copy of a sent mail (let’s say to an [email protected] address) but I belive that does not apply to imported mails.

Is there any way to check for duplicates in the database and keep only one instance (and replace the other instances with a pointer to that single kept mail)?

    Thankx
