In our Windows Servers Infrastructure, we periodically have users complaining that they cant connect to the remote desktop service of a server. Most of these affected servers are Windows Server 2003. We often have to restart production servers to restore their connectivity.
What could be the problem with rdp connections, that they just stop running on these servers. Is there a Hotfix we can apply on these servers?
    Thank you.
