Interconecting 2960S whit 3750E ?

The situation is this :

We are preapering to update the network equipment so i was looking on internet
and for access switches chose cisco 2960s family and for distribution 3750 E which are going to have direct links to the core 2 x 6509 .
More specific :

1.WS-C2960S-48TS-L 48 Ethernet 10/100/1000 ports
4 1 Gigabit Ethernet SFP uplink ports

2.Catalyst 3750E 24 10/100/1000 PoE+2*10GE(X2),750W,IPB s/w

I am little confuse on 2960s has 4 x 1 Gb SFP uplink ports in some rack i plan to put 2 or 3 2960s how to connect them on 3750e or i have to chose another device or what is the best practice .

I am confuse pls help .
