    Hello,

    In the Cisco 12406 router, there is a SIP-601 card, 10 giga ports SPA card and a single card 10Giga

    SLOT 0 (RP / LC 0): Modular SPA Interface Card (10G)
    SUBSLOT 0/0 (SPA-10X1GE-V2): 10-port Gigabit Ethernet Shared Port Adapter
    SUBSLOT 0/1 (SPA-1X10GE-L-V2): 1-port 10 Gigabit Ethernet Shared Port Adapter XFP based

    SPA Information:
    subslot 0/0: SPA-10X1GE-V2 (0x508 ), status is ok
    subslot 0/1: SPA-1X10GE-L-V2 (0x50C), status is ok

    When you run the “sho int des” command 10G interface is not displayed,

    #sho version

    2 Route Processor Cards
    2 Clock Scheduler Cards
    3 Switch Fabric Cards
    12 Gigabit Ethernet / IEEE 802.3 interface (s)

    The LED “ACTIVE / LINK” is off / off (Port is not enabled by software.)

    How to turn if the interface is not shown?
