On one of the productions server there was a bluescreen. As per setting advance system and recovery option — server was restarted.
This is a VM running on ESXi 5.1 host.
There was a minidump file created in C:windowsminidump. I copied the dump file to our test server on which I installed Debug Diagnostic tool. I tried extracting the minidump file and it returned as error “””””””DebugDiag failed to locate the PEB (Process Environment Block) in 110813-89591-01.dmp, and as a result, debug analysis for this dump may be incomplete or inaccurate””””””””
I then tried opening the minidump file on Windbg and it showed following info >> snapshot attached
I also see couple of event logs >> snapshots attached
Server has Mcafee installed which is installed on all the servers
Write debugging information under the startup and recovery for advance settings is none.
Any suggestion on how to proceed next
