Exchange 2003 with “Auto accept” handling room bookings.
I have received a question from a Sr. Manager asking me why the room booking window defaults at 1 year. I have been searching for this answer on Microsoft.com but all I can find is that it is not suggested to extend the room booking window past 1 year. Anyone have any idea why this limit is there and what the effects of extending it would be?
The Sr. Manager has asked me to personally extend all re-occurring meetings each month to assist with the inconvenience this limit is causing him and his assistant. Is that even possible?
