Backup and Restore

Windows 7’s Backup and Restore tool allows you to backup and restore individual files, groups of files, or all of the files that you have backed up. One possible use for it is when something goes terribly wrong with your operating system, causing you to have to either format and re-install, or use the System Image backup you created.
