Microsoft is adding more information to the Call history details for forwarded calls in Microsoft Teams.

When this will happen:
Worldwide: Microsoft will begin rolling out early March 2024 (previously mid-February) and expects to complete by mid-April 2024 (previously late February).
GCC, GCC High, and DoD: Microsoft will begin rolling out mid-April 2024 (previously early April) and expects to complete by early May 2024 (previously late April).
How this will affect your organization:
Users will now be able to see if the intended recipient has missed a forwarded call.
What you need to do to prepare:
No action is needed to prepare for this change. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate.
