MC244739 – As was previously announced in MC225596, the service health dashboard in Microsoft 365 admin center will soon support the ability to opt in to email notifications for a specific incident or advisory. This feature will allow you to input up to two email addresses to receive status updates for a specific issue including notification when the issue is resolved.
This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 68717
When this will happen
This feature has started rolling out to customers and is expected to be available for all customers by the end of March.
How this will affect your organization
Once this feature is available for your tenant, you can opt-in to email notifications for a particular incident or advisory by selecting that issue within the service health dashboard and then selecting “Manage notifications for this issue”. From this prompt you can choose up to two email addresses to subscribe to updates for the issue you have selected.
