MC324203 – Updated March 01, 2022: Microsoft has updated the rollout timeline below. Thank you for your patience.
Shared meeting stage allows meeting participants to interact with and collaborate on app content in real time. Until now, it was possible to share an entire app to the meeting stage using the Share to Stage button in Teams client.
With this update, Microsoft is releasing new APIs in the Teams Client SDK that will provide developers with the ability to share specific parts of their appto the meeting stage from the app side panel experience.
Note: If you aren’t using the SDK, you can safely disregard this message.
