M365 Changelog: SharePoint Promoted Results Import into Microsoft Search – retirement

MC565164 – After July 15, 2023, Microsoft will be retiring the capability to directly import SharePoint Promoted Results in Microsoft Search.

Note: This will not affect your tenant if you are not using this feature.

How this affects your organization:

As an alternative, Microsoft recommends exporting the CSV file from SharePoint and importing through the CSV bookmark import tool or exporting from SharePoint and creating API queries.
