MC537127 – Microsoft is making changes to the product listing when creating a new support request in the Help + support page within the Power Platform admin center. Starting on April 7, 2023, this update will begin rolling out per our normal deployment schedule.
How will this affect me?
The following products, which were previously listed as problem subtypes under the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement product, are now available in the primary product selection menu:
