Microsoft Edge management service is a single portal for admins to manage the Edge browser. It is a simple and easy-to-manage experience. Admins will be able to configure all Edge browser policies for their organization in a configuration profile and set-up the browser to use these settings.

When this will happen:
Targeted Release: Microsoft will begin rolling out early June (previously late May) and expect to complete by mid-June (previously late May).
Standard Release: Microsoft will begin rolling out mid-July (previously late June) and expect to complete by late July (previously early July).
How this will affect your organization:
No impact to tenant/admin/user. Admin can choose to use this new tool to manage Edge as an alternative to Intune or other popular management tools.
What you need to do to prepare:
Must have the Microsoft Edge Administrator or a Global Administrator role to access the experience in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
