MC397993 – Updated September 6, 2022: Microsoft has updated the rollout timeline below. Thank you for your patience.
Microsoft is adding functionality to the Microsoft Feedback portal for users to be able to better manage their feedback.
When this will happen:
The policy description will be updated in early July and the feature will be available in the Feedback portal in mid to late September (previously mid to late August).
How this will affect your organization:
To enable this, Microsoft is adding an option for users to delete their feedback they previously submitted to Microsoft. If your users have access to the Feedback portal, they will now have the ability to delete feedback. The following policy helps you manage your users’ access to the Feedback portal and is being updated to include delete as one of the key actions users can take on their feedback.
Policy Name: Allow users to access the Feedback portal
The feedback Microsoft collects from your users is available for you to review in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Keeping the feedback experiences enabled will let you see what your users are saying about the products they are using.
What you need to do to prepare:
Please review the policy updates and make the appropriate configurations for your organization.
If you would like to change anything, configure policies at https://config.office.com. Search for Feedback portal and configure for AAD groups as you see fit.
