M365 Changelog: (Updated) Agenda View Refresh in Teams Mobile
Summary
Teams mobile will display live meeting status, participant avatars, recording status, and meeting duration. The rollout will begin in late January 2024 and end by late April 2024. Users may need to update their training and documentation.

Teams calendar on mobile devices displays the live status of a meeting with avatars of the participants who are in the call, whether the meeting is being recorded and the duration of the meeting.

When this will happen:
General Availability (Worldwide, GCC, GCC High, DoD): Microsoft will begin rolling out late January 2024 and expects to complete by mid-May 2024 (previously late April).

With this update users will now have visibility to additional meeting information within the calendar:
- Live status of the meetings
- Participant avatars in the call
- Recording status
- Meeting duration
What you need to do to prepare:
You may consider updating your training and documentation as appropriate.
