How does this affect me?
Microsoft has added filters to the users list page that gives you capabilities to view all users, disabled users, disabled users who are consuming licenses and more. This updated experience aligns with the M365 admin center user management experience and allows you to make changes to security roles, teams, business units, positions and more. For more information on these added capabilities, please see View and edit a user profile.
