The modern meeting/calling experience will be available for Teams on the Web in Chrome and Edge browsers – including improved pre-join, dynamic view, and updated control bar.

When this will happen:
Roll out will start mid-June and be completed in late July (previously early July).
How this will affect your organization:
Users of Teams in Chrome and Edge browsers will see an updated in call/meeting experience that is aligned with the experience in the desktop client. This includes improved usability for commanding and dynamic views that adjust the stage based on the number of users participating.
What you need to do to prepare:
There is nothing you need to do to prepare for this change. You should see the update in the normal course of using Teams.
