M365 Changelog: Microsoft Viva – Viva Learning cards are available for the Viva Connections Dashboard
MC436419 – Viva Learning is an enterprise learning and training experience that acts as a one-step solution for all the learning needs of your organization. Viva Connections gives everyone a personalized destination to discover relevant news, conversations, and the tools they need to complete daily tasks. Both Viva experiences can be accessed on mobile and desktop devices in Microsoft Teams and are a part of the Microsoft Viva suite .
By mid-September, you’ll be able to integrate Viva Learning and Viva Connections experiences by using the Viva Learning card on the Viva Connections Dashboard. This new feature will enable users to track their learning assignments directly within Viva Connections dashboard. When users interact with the Viva Learning card, they’ll be able to complete learning courses within the flow of the work in Teams.
The Viva Learning card will display in the Viva Connections Dashboard card toolbox even if your organization does not have a Viva Learning premium license.

When this will happen:
Standard Release: Viva Learning card will become available to all tenants in mid-September
How this will affect your organization:
If your organization is using Viva Connections, editors will notice the Viva Learning card in the Dashboard card toolbox.
Dashboard editors can add this card to the Dashboard to highlight learning opportunities. The Viva Learning card has two different views for end users depending on the type of license your organization has. If you are a premium Viva Learning user and using assignments, users will see a learning assignment in the Dashboard card in Figure 1. If you do not have a premium Viva Learning license, end users will see the default view in Figure 2.

What you need to do to prepare:
You do not need to do anything to prepare . To use the Viva Learning card, learn more about how to create a Viva Connections Dashboard and add cards.
Editing experience for Viva Connections with the settings panel open for the Viva Learning card.
