MC333954 – Microsoft has identified an issue that may impact your environment’s usage of some Power Automate connectors. Following a recent deployment, some documented IP addresses that were previously inactive within the connector infrastructure were activated recently and are being used for outbound traffic to backend services. This was done in accordance with our documented IPs listed for your region.
How does this affect me?
Our telemetry has detected your environment has Power Automate connectors that are making calls to one or more previously inactive IP’s. This may present as intermittent 403 errors with a message stating the operation failed with a forbidden error and might indicate the client address is not authorized or that the caller is not a trusted service.
Action needed:
Please make sure you have allow-listed all available IP addresses listed for your region listed here if you use connectors with IP filtering in your environment.
For a full list of specific connectors which may be impacted by this update, or if you need further assistance, please contact Microsoft Support and reference ticket ICM289114229.
