John Qian

John Qian is an accomplished security and technology executive with over a decade of experience leading high-performing global teams across cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise IT. Serving in both CISO and CIO roles, he focuses on building scalable, resilient systems that enable innovation without compromising security.

Throughout his career, John has delivered enterprise-wide security initiatives across multicloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. His leadership has included the rollout of reference architecture, Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) programs, DevOps security practices, IAM and Zero Trust frameworks, CI/CD pipeline security, company-wide training programs, and comprehensive risk and compliance governance. These efforts have reduced corporate risk, ensured regulatory alignment, and fostered a strong culture of security.
