Microsoft Incident Response offers both proactive and reactive capabilities to strengthen organizational resilience. Proactive services include readiness assessments and simulations, while reactive support ensures quick action during security incidents. This team is backed by Microsoft’s threat intelligence and product engineering, and it works quickly to investigate, remove attackers, and restore operations.

3. Microsoft Enhanced Designated Engineering

The Microsoft Enhanced Designated Engineering service provides direct access to Microsoft security advisors who ensure that Defender technologies are properly architected, configured, and optimized.
