Chance to win $250 in Petri 2023 Audience Survey
MC301300 – Updated January 04, 2022: Microsoft has updated the rollout timeline below. Thank you for your patience.
Update: Outlook on the web will soon be rolling out suggested replies to customers in Outlook for Office.
Note: Due to some issues that presented themselves prior to rollout, Microsoft paused their planned release until now. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 70802.
When this will happen:
Microsoft expects this rollout to begin in early December (previously June) and be completed by early February 2022 (previously early January).
How this will affect your organization:
Suggested replies are short email responses that appear at the bottom of an email message. When your users receive a message in email that can be answered with a short response, Outlook will suggest three responses that they can use to reply with a couple of clicks while always having the option to keep editing until they click or tap on “send”.
What you need to do to prepare:
You might want to notify your users about this new capability and update your training and documentation as appropriate.
