As outlined in MC243041 (March ’21) Microsoft will be retiring support for navigation bar tenant background image. Instead Microsoft recommends the utilization of the improvements they have made to Organizational Theming. This change is strictly for the navigation bar.
Note: If you organization is not using navigation bar tenant background images you can safely disregard this message.
