MC281909 – Microsoft apologizes for not providing 30 days advanced notice, per their customer-committed process, regarding the replacement of the Office 365 Management Pack with the new and improved Microsoft System Center Operations Manager Management Pack for Microsoft 365 that’s available now for your use.
Note: If your organization is not using System Center Operation Manager (SCOM) Management Pack (MP) for Office 365, you can safely disregard this message.

When this will happen:
In early August, with the release of the Microsoft System Center Operations Manager Management Pack for Microsoft 365 Microsoft retired support for the System Center Operation Manager (SCOM) Management Pack (MP) for Office 365.
How this will affect your organization:
Users can no longer download and should not use this old MP. The MP will continue to work but will not be supported for any reported issues.

What you need to do to prepare:
Microsoft recommends you use the Microsoft System Center Operations Manager Management Pack for Microsoft 365, which is where they will continue to invest their development resources.
