advertisment
When this will happen:
Microsoft will begin rolling this out in mid-May and expect to complete the rollout in early June.
How this will affect your organization:
Dictation is already available in Outlook for Windows and Mac Desktop. iPhone and iPad availability will be new, starting for EN-US customers.

Dictation is controlled via the “Experiences that Analyze Your Content” connected experience switch
What you need to do to prepare:
Microsoft cares about your privacy – this service does not store your audio data or transcribed text. Speech utterances will be sent to Microsoft and used only to provide text results.
You might want to notify your users about this new capability and update your training and documentation as appropriate.Additional information
