M365 Changelog: Viva Engage backfill for Microsoft 365 Business Basic Prepaid and Business Started Prepaid

MC764459 – Viva Engage is coming to Microsoft 365 Business Basic Prepaid and Microsoft 365 Business Standard Prepaid customers.  

Your Microsoft 365 subscription is being updated with a new service plan: Viva Engage Core. This service plan enables Viva Engage features. 

When this will happen:

The service plan will be available in late April for Microsoft 365 Business Basic Prepaid and Business Started Prepaid customers.

How this will affect your organization:

Licensed users will be able to access and use Viva Engage core functionality.

Admins should reference this “Getting Started with Viva Engage” documentation to familiarize themselves with the administrative and set up tasks for Viva Engage.
