M365 Changelog: Viewer and CC roles will be available for DocuSign in E-signature approvals

MC384792 — Viewer and CC roles will soon be available to users when creating new e-signature approval requests using DocuSign. Recipients with the Viewer role will need to view the document, while the CC role will allow the recipient to view the document if they want to.

When this will happen:

Microsoft will start rolling this out in late May and expect to complete by early June.

With this update, users will be able to select the new roles from the Roles drop-down when creating a DocuSign e-signature approval.
