MC695743 – Usage and engagement analytics for admins will show up in Microsoft 365 Admin center. To access these, navigate to Microsoft 365 Admin center -> “Search & Intelligence” section on the left Nav, then select “Insights” on the Top Nav, and select “Viva Topics”.

There is nothing you need to do to prepare. Global admins, SharePoint or group admins will have access to these analytics. Ensure the users who need access have these roles.
