M365 Changelog: Quick View of Dashboard Cards in Dark Mode for Viva Connections Mobile

MC668800 – Microsoft has been actively working on enriching our Viva Connections platform and is pleased to announce that the company will soon introduce Dark Mode support for Quick Views on both iOS and Android devices.

When this will happen:

Rollout will begin in early November 2023 and is expected to be complete by mid-November 2023.

How this will affect your organization:

To further assist, Microsoft has created a comprehensive tutorial, ‘Making your Quick View compatible with Dark Mode in Mobile.’ This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of updating your Quick Views to be compatible with both light and dark themes. Microsoft believes this enhancement will provide your users with an immersive and pleasant experience.

As part of this update, you will have the opportunity to test your existing card Quick Views in Dark Mode. Microsoft encourages you to do so to ensure a seamless transition and an impressive user interface, regardless of the theme preference.

Note: Dark Mode support enhancement will be available exclusively for Viva Connections Mobile on iOS and Android.
