MC679318 – Updated November 7, 2023: Microsoft has updated the rollout timeline below. Thank you for your patience.
The feedback entry point for Outlook for Web will be moving from the bottom of the Help pane to the Help tab of the ribbon, for ease of discovery. A streamlined experience, diagnostics log collection and the ability to add screenshots and video make it easier and quicker for users to describe their feedback and helps Microsoft act on it. Users can also search for information related to their feedback, including updates on features under development, workarounds for problems and how-to from Help. This change obeys the general Feedback policy.

When this will happen:
Rollout will begin in late November 2023 (previously late October) and is expected to be complete by early December 2023 (previously early November).
How this will affect your organization:
This will impact the entry point that customers rely on for submitting feedback. Rather than going to the bottom of the Help pane, they will now need to refer to the “Feedback” button in the Help tab of the ribbon.
