M365 Changelog: Multi account support will be available for Microsoft To Do on iOS
MC550046 – You will now be able to use multiple accounts with Microsoft To Do iOS. You will only see data from one account at a time. Easily switch between account from the settings page.

Microsoft will begin rolling out early June 2023 and expect to complete by late June 2023.
