M365 Changelog: Microsoft Viva: Stream Playlist card on Viva Connections Dashboard – Aug 22, 2024

Summary

The update allows adding a Stream Playlist card to the Viva Connections Dashboard, displaying videos for users to view. It's linked with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 402190 and will be generally available worldwide from mid to late August 2024. No admin action is required for rollout.

MC869937 – This feature update helps organizations add a Stream Playlist card on Viva Connections Dashboard. The card will show the videos from a playlist that the end user can quickly view from the dashboard.

When this will happen:

General Availability (Worldwide, GCC, GCC High, DoD): Microsoft begin rolling out mid-August 2024 and expects to complete by late-August 2024.

How this will affect your organization:

The operator can now add a card to put up a playlist on Viva Connections Dashboard that will list a group of videos to be viewed by end users.
