M365 Changelog: (Updated) Microsoft Teams: Webinar creation and registration Graph APIs

Summary

Microsoft Teams is introducing new Graph APIs for webinar management, including creation, updating, publishing, cancellation, and attendee registration. Public Beta is expected by late June 2024, with General Availability rolling out in early July 2024. Microsoft Teams Webinars is introducing a new set of Graph APIs that support business-to-business workflows. These new Webinar Graph APIs will help organizations programmatically do the following:

  • Get, create, update, publish, and cancel webinars.
  • Register attendees to an existing webinar using Graph APIs.

When will this happen:

Targeted Public Beta: Microsoft expects to complete by late June 2024.

General Availability: Microsoft will begin rolling out early August 2024 (previously early July) and expects to complete by mid-August 2024 (previously late July).
