Outlook will introduce a Split view in Month view for multiple calendars, starting early June 2024 and completing by early July 2024. This feature will be available by default and requires no admin action, but users should be informed of the change.

In Microsoft Outlook for the Web and new Outlook for Windows, when viewing multiple calendars in Month view, users will be able to select Split view to see the calendars displayed side by side.
When this will happen:
General Availability (Worldwide): Microsoft will begin rolling out early June 2024 and expects to complete by early August 2024 (previously early July).

How this will affect your organization:
Split view is already provided in Day, Week, and Work Week views. It will now be available in Month view as well. Note that multiple calendars must be selected for Split view to be a selectable option.
This new feature is available by default.

This rollout will happen automatically with no admin action required. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate.
