Mail categories will be available in Microsoft Outlook for iOS starting early May 2024, with full rollout by mid-May. This feature, already accessible to Apple TestFlight customers, allows users to view and apply categories to emails. No admin action is required, but user notification is suggested.

When this will happen:
General Availability (Worldwide, GCC, GCC High, DoD): Microsoft will begin rolling out early May 2024 and expects to complete by mid-May 2024.
This feature is available now to Apple TestFlight customers.
How this will affect your organization:

No admin preparation necessary. You may want to notify your users about this change.
