M365 Changelog: Information regarding the end of support for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Lockbox legacy audit functionalities
MC801934 – Starting July 1, 2024, the legacy audit functionality for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Customer Lockbox will reach end of support.
How does this affect me?
Microsoft will transition to a new and improved standard pipeline for audit logging, offering enhanced audit capabilities and robust security.
What action do I need to take?
- Please review the new feature documentation for the enhanced DLP and Lockbox functionalities, for details.
- Adjust any integrations or tools that rely on the legacy DLP and Lockbox event formats to the new schema.
