MC635976 – Updated August 2, 2023: Microsoft has updated the rollout timeline below. Thank you for your patience.
Sometimes it can be hard to remember the name of a file or exactly when it was shared, but you know who shared it with you. Because of this, we’ve created an entirely new way to get back to your shared files both internal and external – organized by the people you work with! This view presents the people you have recently collaborated with, along with all the files that have been shared with you by each person.
Microsoft knows that security and privacy are of utmost importance here, and it assures you that in this view you’ll only see files in that you have access to.

When this will happen:
Standard Release: Microsoft will begin rolling out early August 2023 (previously late July) and expect to complete by late September 2023 (previously early September).
How this will affect your organization:
You end users will be able to see a new pivot under Browse by files section in their OneDrive.
What you need to do to prepare:
Please have any communication ready to prepare your users and let them know that they will only be able to see files that they have access to.
