M365 Changelog: Update Microsoft 365 Admin Mobile app to Continue Receiving Notifications

MC452223 – Microsoft is doing a revamp of push notification messages for the Microsoft 365 Admin mobile app. Microsoft has rolled these changes out starting with iOS app version 4.3.4 and Android app version 4.5.3. Users on old app versions may not receive all notifications.

When this will happen:
This update will roll out in late October and users on old app versions of the Microsoft 365 admin mobile app may not receive all of their notifications once rolled out.

How this will affect your organization:

Admin users on old app versions of Microsoft 365 admin mobile app may not receive tenant level Service Health, Message center and Billing notifications in the Microsoft 365 Admin app.

What you need to do to prepare:

If you are already using the latest version of Microsoft 365 Admin app, then no action is required. If not, please update your Microsoft 365 Admin app to the latest available version on both Android and iOS to receive all notifications.
