M365 Changelog: Retirement of Yammer IP Range

MC346256 – Upcoming, Microsoft will be retiring the ability to specify an IP Range from where users can access Yammer. Instead, Microsoft recommends the utilization of Azure Conditional Access Policies, which is where it will continue to invest the development resources.

Note: You are receiving this message because IP Range was available with Yammer, and you might be using this feature.

How this will affect your organization:

Administrators will no longer be able to specify an IP Range for their network when this change is implemented. Customers who have already specified an IP Range will be able to make changes and turn them off through September 30th.

After September 30th, Yammer IP Ranges will no longer be utilized, and the feature will no longer be available on the Security Settings page.
